Just realised that I haven't done animal sketches in forever and a half. Anyway, these sketches are from 1st year when I went to a petting zoo in downtown Toronto. It was nice the animals weren't constantly moving.
As for the random elephant sketch, that's from a trip to the African Lion Safari. That's the result of a good few hrs at the zoo. The experience was a little frusterating, because ofcoarse, only the best animals were hiding from all of the small children.
